The data controller of your personal information is Clams Match, LLC, which also provides the service to you. Please note that if you contact us to assist you, for your safety and ours we may need to authenticate your identity before fulfilling your request.

Login Information: Depending on the services you use, you may provide us with login information like username and password

Location Information: We may receive information about your location. We may also determine location by using other data from your device, such as precise location information from GPS, information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device, or your IP address. We may use and store information about your location to provide features of our website.

Uplink Information: We may keep track of how you interact with links across our website, including email notifications and third-party services. We may redirect your clicks (i) to help improve your website experience; (ii) to provide you with relevant advertising; and (iii) to enable aggregate click statistics that show us how many times a particular link was clicked on.

De-identification removes your identity and personal data from our website database and employs anonymisation and pseudonymisation data in lieu of your own to protect your privacy and personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, logical, physical and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification. Unfortunately, no measures can be guaranteed to provide 100% security. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
