How to use this site

Start with Open Settlements for class actions still accepting claims, and Refunds & Recalls for FTC refund payments and product recalls. Each page shows when its sources were checked and links to the official court, agency, or settlement website. The Archive keeps past settlements and older lawsuit reports; their claim periods have ended.

Before sending personal information or taking action, verify the details with the responsible court, government agency, or settlement administrator. An article here cannot determine whether you qualify for a payment.
