We are not a court, a government agency, or a settlement administrator, and we are not affiliated with any of them unless a page clearly says so. We cannot determine whether you qualify for a settlement, file a claim for you, or tell you the status of a claim or payment. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified attorney.

Information on this site

We check each current settlement, refund, and recall against its official source and show the date we checked. Deadlines, eligibility rules, and payment amounts can change after that date, and archived pages are kept as historical records whose claim periods have ended. The court notice, agency notice, or settlement administrator's website always controls. Confirm the details there before you submit a claim, opt out, object, or share personal information. The site is provided "as is," and we do not promise that it is complete, current, error-free, or always available.

We link to court, agency, and settlement administrator websites and to other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Settlement websites sometimes expire and are taken over by unrelated parties. If a link no longer leads to an official source, please tell us.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or violate these terms, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs that Claims Match incurs as a result, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and other terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
