The property owners who have suffered damage, in regard to Windsor Windows can get benefits from the latest Windsor Windows Class Action Settlement. According to this settlement, it will resolve all the claims that are brought by 15 plaintiffs in different class action lawsuits against the defendant’s company.
The plaintiffs say that they have purchased windows from the defendants, Pinnacle and Legend Product Lines. The resulted defects led to the water damage in themselves and in the structures in which the windows were installed. At first, the plaintiffs brought these claims as seven separate class action lawsuits, which were later consolidated into a single MDL (multidistrict litigation.)
The companies admit no wrongdoing, but they have agreed to this settlement to avoid the risk of litigation and continued expenses. This Windsor Windows Class Action Settlement provides Class Members with the replacement product or cash, depending on what they have experienced. However, they have to suffer damage for qualifying for the claims.
To get the claim for this settlement, the class members must get a claim to get the benefits related to the settlement. However, the claim should be submitted by e-mail, mail or the settlement website.
If you are a Class Member, you can opt out from the settlement by submitting a written request no later than April’16, 2018. In case, if you want to opt out of the settlement, you have to file the objection by May’7, 2018.
Who Is Eligible?
The Class Members will include the current, previous or the subsequent owners of a structure with the “Qualifying Damage.” This damage consists of the product lines that are manufactured by Windsor between Jan 1, 2000, and Jan 5, 2018.

In addition to the claim form, the class members should have followed as proof of purchase:
- Proof of ownership of the structure.
- The photograph of the window for which the class member is making a claim for.
- The documentation of the repair costs or their bonafide estimates.
- Exterior images of the house that contains a window, as subjected to the claim.
