Eligibility
- The members who have requested a copy of your report (including a public report like judgment, bankruptcy, and tax lien) between March 20, 2009, and March 23, 2018.
- The TransUnion report copy that is sent to a third party between July 5, 2014, and March 23, 2018, comes into the second section. The report should contain tax lien or civil judgment that is inaccurate or does not belong to you.
Proof of purchase
You need to provide the necessary evidence, the description of public record and name of a company that took action according to it. You also need to provide your identifying information that is name, mail address, date of birth, and social security number.
Moreover, you can also claim compensation on the bases of any dispute that you made with TransUnion. However, you have 60 days after the resolution to collect evidence in favor of your statement. You may also need evidence for the date of disposition and report of adverse actions.
