What is it? Consumers who were duped by Wish.com pricing that listed a fake “original” or “regular” price and corresponding discount can claim a cash award under a recent settlement agreement.
Wish.com sells a number of retail items through its website. Consumers who purchased an item through Wish.com between June 16, 2013 and Dec. 12, 2017 can receive up to $20 cash. According to settlement documents, there are nearly 22 million consumers who qualify as Class Members, making the potential value of this settlement more than $100 million.
