Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy explains how Claims Match, LLC handles "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

We do not ask for health information

Claims Match does not request, collect, or infer health information. Our forms do not ask about medical conditions, injuries, treatments, or medications, and we ask you not to include them. We do not use analytics or location data to infer health status.

Health information you choose to send

Some lawsuits and settlements involve medical products. If you mention a health condition, injury, treatment, or medication in a message to us, that information may be consumer health data. We receive it only from you, through the contact form or email.

How we use it

We use it only to read and reply to your message, for example to point you to the official administrator for a settlement. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to build a profile about you.

Who receives it

Only the service providers that store and deliver our messages: Neon, which hosts our database, and Resend, which emails new contact messages to our team. They may process it only to provide those services to us. We do not share consumer health data with affiliates or other third parties, except as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we have consumer health data about you and to tell you who has received it, to give you a copy, or to delete it. You can also withdraw any consent you gave by asking us to delete your message. Email hello@claimsmatch.co with the subject "Health data request" from the address you used to contact us, or call (833) 596-2600. We will respond within 45 days, as Washington law requires. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and if your appeal is denied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.

Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to respond and keep a record of our correspondence, and we delete them sooner on request.
