The makers of High 5 Casino and High 5 Vegas agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging that in-app purchases of virtual coins violated Washington law. The defendants deny the claims.

Who is eligible

Individuals who played or bought virtual coins in High 5 Casino or High 5 Vegas in Washington, or whose purchases were associated with Washington, after April 9, 2014 and before October 1, 2022.

Payment

A share of the settlement fund based mainly on how much you spent on in-app purchases. Payments may be made in more than one round.

Key dates
