The FTC says it will begin sending PayPal payments on October 27, 2026 to people who paid Cleo AI for eligible instant cash advances. The agency says eligible consumers will receive an email notification from no-reply@consumersentinel.gov between October 8 and October 26, 2026.
If you receive a payment, the FTC says to accept it within 30 days. The agency does not ask consumers to pay a fee to get a refund. Check the official Cleo AI refund page for current status and the refund administrator's contact information before responding to a message.
