According to Aveeno natural products settlement, the Parents succeeded in making $2.4 million settlement that resolves the case. &nbsp;The Aveeno natural baby wash class action lawsuit claims that Aveeno baby wash and shampoo are deceptively marketed as being \u201cnatural.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If you purchased Aveeno Baby Wash and Shampoo in Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, etc. between 2007 and 2013, you could get compensation.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Case summary:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The lead plaintiffs accused that Johnson &amp; Johnson falsely advertising its baby wash and shampoo until 2013. Further, the Aveeno class action lawsuit alleging that the baby products were marketed as made from \u201c100% natural ingredients,\u201d but actually contained synthetic ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, according to the lawsuit, the products were touted as being made with a \u201cnatural oat formula.\u201d Further, the lawsuit state that the phrase \u2018Natural Oat Formula\u2019 represents to a consumer that the entire formula of baby shampoo is comprised of natural ingredients,\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>However, 23 synthetic ingredients were reportedly found in the baby products. Moreover, the plaintiff contends that she and other consumers would not have paid for the unnatural baby products if they knew it before.<\/p>\n<p>However, Aveeno agreed to settle the class action lawsuit after the Class was certified. Now, according to the terms of the settlement, Class Members can receive up to $1 for each baby wash product they purchased from certain listed states.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> No proof of purchase is required for up to 15 products.
