In class action lawsuit the Lead plaintiffs acclaimed that the maker of selling vehicles, sell the car with a defected engine. According to the Subaru class action lawsuits, all affected vehicles have experienced premature engine failure. Moreover, the Starlink infotainment systems that are installed in vehicles are defective because they suffer from many technical difficulties.<\/p>\n

Further, the lawsuit alleges that the defect caused by the connecting rod and main bearing present in the engine. Plaintiff alleges that the repair of Subaru engine defect needs nearly $6,000 for one Subaru Impreza owner.<\/p>\n
