According to the Zippy\u2019s Restaurant Data Breach Class Action Settlement, the FCH Enterprise has to pay $725000 as a settlement for the data breach losses.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit was filed against the data breach that occurred at FCH Enterprise\u2019s, Napolean Bakery, Kahala Sushi, Pear City Sushi, Pomaika\u2019i Ballrooms and Zippy\u2019s Restaurant in 2017 and 2018. The data breach compromised card details including card number, expiry date, and magnetic strip codes.<\/p>\n

The data breach exposed many customers who used their debit and credit cards at these sites between Nov.23, 2017 and March 29, 2018.<\/p>\n

The Enterprise has agreed to pay $725000 as a settlement for the loss caused due to this data breach.<\/p>\n

The class members can claim up to $7500, depending on the losses they have to undergo due to the breach. Provided there are proper proofs to support the claim.<\/p>\n

You can submit the claim online or print of the settlement website and mail it to the settlement administrator, by June 2, 2019. The class member, who wants to exclude themselves from the settlement, can do it before April 3, 2019.<\/p>\n
