Did you pay with a debit or credit card at a FedEx Office Self-Service Express Pay kiosk between Jan 21, 2017, and Aug. 23, 2017? If yes, then you could get a $10 or $25 stored value card from FedEx class action settlement.<\/p>\n

FedEx Office and Print Services violated the federal law by displacing more than the last five digits of a credit or debit card on receipts.<\/p>\n

According to the claim, the plaintiffs Robert Cohen and Ashley Beltran made a purchase from the FedEx Office by using self-service kiosks. The bill receipt they received contained the first two as well as last four digits of their credit card number.<\/p>\n

The FedEx class action lawsuit states that the information displayed on the FedEx receipt violates the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act.<\/p>\n

In addition to plaintiffs, privacy exposed unlawfully, and the lawsuit also claimed that the FedEx \u201cdeliberately, willfully, and negligently violated FACTA.\u201d According to this lawsuit the company has faced previous similar claims.<\/p>\n
