And the plaintiff also claimed that the Total Merchant Company knew about the violation of federal law, but did not stop Quality Merchant Services.<\/p>\n
According to the terms of the settlement, the class members are expected to receive $255 per phone call. The \u201cPlaintiff\u2019s counsel estimate that the class members who received four calls may get $900.<\/p>\n
You need to provide a unique claim ID number or the Class Member\u2019s ZIP code. You also have to submit the proof of phone number affected by the alleged telemarketing calls.<\/p>\n
The affected customers\u2019 can get the claim ID number from the mail or phone message of class action settlement sent to them.<\/p>\n
Note:<\/strong> The class members, who want to object the settlement or wish to be excluded from its terms, can inform the authorities before Feb. 4, 2019.<\/p>\n
