A $7.4 million settlement will resolve numerous Dial Soap class action lawsuits. According to this soap class action settlement, the lawsuit seeks relief and damages. The lawsuit has made an allegation that the defendant has violated various laws regarding advertising, marketing, and the sale of Dial Liquid Soap.<\/p>\n

The soap advertisement claims that Dial Complete Soap kills 99.99% of germs that are found in various household settings. During the advertisement, they have also used the phrase \u201cNumber 1 Doctor Recommended Antibacterial Liquid Hand Wash\u201d, and made a claim that it \u201cKills more germs than any other liquid hand soap\u201d. Moreover, their advertisement was based on the active usage ingredient known as Triclosan.<\/p>\n

The company denies all the wrongdoing, but still, both the parties have agreed to work through the settlement for avoiding all the litigation costs and other risks.<\/p>\n

Are You Eligible?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The consumers who have purchased a Dial Complete Soap between Jan\u20191, 2001 and Jan\u20192, 2019 are eligible for this settlement.<\/p>\n

If the class member wants to exclude themselves from this settlement, they have until March 13, 2019, to do so.<\/p>\n

If the class member has a proof of purchase, he is eligible for this claim for up to 30 purchases. Without the proof of purchase, the award amounts to be $8.10<\/p>\n
