There are several customers who have lodged class action lawsuits against Protector and Gamble. This lawsuit alleges that their wet wipe toilet product, Charmin Freshmates have caused plumbing and clogged problems. According to the Wipes Class Action Settlement, consumers who have purchased in the past seven years are eligible for cash claims.<\/p>\n

The plaintiffs say that the wipes were advertised as septic and flushable, but it led to major flush issues and major plumbing bills as well. Now, under the terms of flushable wipes class action settlement, those who have purchased these flushable wipes between April 6, 2011, and November 26, 2018, can file a claim.<\/p>\n

The eligible class members can submit the claim with proof of purchase and can receive a potential award for up to $30.<\/p>\n

If you do not have a proof of purchase, you can still submit claims up to seven purchases. These class members will receive a payout of $.60 per package. With this, the Protector and Gamble have also agreed to make labelling changes as per the Charmin wipes class action settlement, along with paying $2.15 million inn attorneys and plaintiffs awards.<\/p>\n

The deadline to file the claim is February\u2019 28 2019. If you want to exclude yourself from this wipes class action settlement, you must do it by the same date.<\/p>\n

However, the final hearing is scheduled for March 28, 2019.<\/p>\n

Are You Eligible?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The class members include consumers all over the nation, except for the ones who live in New York. This list also includes the ones who have purchased Charmin Freshmates Flushable Wipes or other Charmin\u2019s pre-moistened wipes that has \u2018flushable\u2019 written on its package. But the purchase must be made between April 6, 2011, and Nov 26, 2018.<\/p>\n
