The consumers who have purchased Black and Decker small kitchen appliances are eligible to participate in a new kitchen appliances class action settlement.<\/p>\n
According to this settlement, the appliance company has misinterpreted the products that are manufactured by these brands. The plaintiffs have claimed that certain coffee makers make less coffee than it was shown in the advertisement.<\/p>\n
However, the coffee makers have produced a certain number of cups. But the plaintiffs have argued that the cups were not standard 8-ounce cups. However, no wrongdoing has been determined in the court, and the class action settlement got settled.<\/p>\n
The defendants also do not admit any wrongdoing in this appliance class action lawsuit.<\/p>\n
According to the settlement, the consumers who have purchased the appliances from this company between Feb\u20195, 2014 and Oct\u201919, 2018 are eligible for the claims.<\/p>\n

The eligible class members will include the consumers who will submit a valid claim, either by mail or website. But make sure that you submit the claim by Feb\u201928, 2019.<\/p>\n
