The customers who have purchased Babyganics baby care products like lotion, wipes, and sunscreen are entitled for cash from a $2,215 million payout by KAS Direct LLC, the manufacturer as a part of the Babyganics Class Action Settlement for false advertising.

This settlement ends the allegation that manufacturer did a misleading marketing of the products and marked them as both organic and mineral based. The products by this manufacturer include- shampoo, sunscreen, diaper rashes cream, toothpaste, and lotion.

The plaintiffs have now made the allegation that they along with their other consumers have purchased the products on marketing done by them. Now, the manufacturer is required to update the product packaging and advertise so that the customers can understand which ingredients in the product are organic.

However, KAS Direct says that there is no wrongdoing under the terms of the Babyorganics class action settlement by Oct. 2018.

You are eligible if you are a class member in the United States who has purchased Babyganics products from Sept 7, 2010, to June 26, 2018.

It varies.

The class members with a proof of purchase will receive a full refund. However, if you don’t have a proper proof of purchase, you will receive a partial refund for the eight Babyganics products.

If you want a full refund, the proper proof of purchase must be submitted for this Babyganics Class Action Settlement, which includes a receipt and other documents that reflect a purchase of a specified covered product during the Class Period.
