The Cricket mergers with AT&T and other numerous consumers found that they were not able to use their Cricket Code Division Multiple Access phones. With this happening, the lead plaintiff filed a class-action lawsuit against Cricket Communication LLC in March 2015. After years of litigation, the two parties reached a Cricket CDMA Mobile Phone Class Action Settlement

If you want to opt out from this settlement, you must do it by October 9, 2018. However, the final hearing is scheduled for Nov 16, 2018.
The class members will get one of the three benefits-
